Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. UPDATE: Due to COVID-19, please allow 3-4 extra days to the shipping and delivery process.
Domestic orders only. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Once the package leaves our care, we are no longer responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, incorrect address information, weather or disaster conditions, or for charges incurred for redelivery attempts or intercept packages.
Our treats are made to order and will be delicious. We make all efforts to pack our product in a way that ensures they make it to their final destination in one piece. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your treats will not be broken in transit. Once the package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any damages incurred during transit caused by climate or the USPS.

Porch-Pick Up: At your pickup time, we will have your order packaged in a plastic “thank you” bag. It will be placed in a black container. We will also have hand sanitizer nearby.
Curbside Pick Up: Text 919-902-1649 upon arrival and your order will be delivered to your vehicle.
